After receipt of your measurements, it normally takes 1-2 weeks to dispatch your order. Please let me know if it is an order for special event, and I will do my best to arrange it for you.
We only use fully trackable delivery DHL(takes 1-3 days to deliver) service to dispatch international orders.
For UK customers, we will use Royal Mail Sign For service.
In unlikely event, custom duty/tax (about 20% of marked price) may be induced outside EU. It rarely happened(0.1% in my statistics), but in this case the seller is not responsible for the charge.
